The examination is STRICTLY for Civil Engineers employed by private companies. Companies, GOCC and Job Order Engineers are NOT ALLOWED to take the written examination. The BRS shall invalidate any examination results of examinees eventually found as Government, GOCC and Job Order Engineers.
